The Course Catalog Hierarchy page allows you to generate a report that lists all assets to which you are entitled. If your Skillport administrator has designated an ‘OLSA_scoping_user’, assets will be limited to that user’s entitled content. Folder Referral Objects (ROs) will always be unscoped.
A summary report includes the asset ID, title, and number of appearances in the catalog. A detail report adds the expected duration of an asset and the location of the asset in the catalog. Books and videos will display in each browse view folder in which they exist – even if those folders were not selected in the Select Books / Videos page. Reports can be generated in various CSV and XML formats.
Access the Course Catalog Hierarchy page by clicking Catalog Hierarchies > Course Catalog Hierarchy in the left menu.

Date Submitted - date and time the report request was submitted.
Date Completed - date and time the report completed, or In Progress if the report is still processing.
