Expanding skills of your workforce

The items in this section provide ways to grow your talent and fill critical skill gaps, building mastery with confidence.

For all customers whose Percipio site is in the US data center (except for Government) and who have an Expert or SLDP collection, the Content that is generated by Skillsoft's Conversation AI simulator (CAISY) setting is now enabled by default. CAISY provides interactive, scenario-based content powered by AI where a learner can practice new skills in a safe space. With this setting on, learners can access the simulations through search and browse and you can add them to assignments, promotions, channels, and journeys and report on usage.

Manage, promote, and measure learning

The items in this section provide the tools you need to manage users and content, promote learning, and measure learning effectiveness on your bottom line.

When a learner has a job role specified, they see learning content recommendations that display on their Role Advisor page. Currently, only the learner can add a job role for themselves from a list of Skillsoft-defined list. With this release, you can specify a custom job role for your learners when you create or edit their user account manually or via bulk import. If you add the job role for the learner, they cannot change it.

Multi-site domain admins can now access the Learning Edge menu option from the Explore menu. Contact your Skillsoft account team to have the option enabled.

Compliance, Ecosystems, and Integrations

The items in this section help you to integrate Percipio across your learning ecosystem and promote how Skillsoft works with its partners.

The ability to rename Skillsoft topics addresses your concerns when certain courses had topics with numerical names that displayed to learners. After you rename a Skillsoft topic title, the original topic title is displayed underneath the custom title for tracking purposes.
