Expanding skills of your workforce
The items in this section provide ways to grow your talent and fill critical skill gaps, building mastery with confidence.
Learners now see a visual indication on their focus skill cards of their progress based on recent learning activities. This feature highlights the impact of recent learning hours on skill advancement. This visual cue aims to encourage continuous upskilling by providing learners with immediate feedback on their progress.
Analytics Updates
The items in this section showcase changes to reports and dashboards to help you more effectively and efficiently manage your programs.
The latest updates to the Certification dashboard provide significant enhancements to streamline your management of learner certifications and improve your ability to validate and audit uploaded certifications. Updates to the dashboard include:
- A new Upload Format field on the Learners tab that shows you what type of certification the learner uploaded: PDF or URL.
- A new View certification action link that opens the certification. If the certification is a PDF, it opens a PDF version, if the certification is a URL, it opens the supporting verifying entity web site with the certification.
- The ability to schedule the report, so that you get regular notification of certification statuses.
- New status filter options for Certified, In-Progress, and Expired enabling you to manipulate and view results more effectively.
The Executive dashboard now shows both a monthly trend bar chart view and the aggregate donut chart view of the new versus returning users. The donut chart was previously retired in place of the monthly trend chart.
Manage, promote, and measure learning
The items in this section provide the tools you need to manage users and content, promote learning, and measure learning effectiveness on your bottom line.
With this update, you can now offer a course feedback survey for your custom Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions (live courses). This feature allows you to capture valuable feedback from learners on how your live courses are performing. By collecting this data, you can gain insights into the learner experience and make informed decisions to enhance your training programs.

With this release, the Percipio user role of system integrator now has access to all reports and dashboards so that they can manage and monitor their ecosystem integration and more easily troubleshoot when necessary.
Usability
The items in this section show where we are making improvements to the interface for a better experience.
This release finds the following enhancements to CAISY ensuring more transparency so that the learner understands how and why CAISY responds as it does:
- There is now a detailed explanation of evaluation criteria on the results page. This allows learners to more easily interpret their performance and take actionable steps to improve.
- When learners interact in a way that triggers the guardrails set for CAISY, they receive a warning inline instead of at the top. They are given the option to try again or provide feedback.
- Learners now get more upfront support that indicates that role model and guided modes do not provide ratings.
Previously, when learners selected a document from the Resources tab of the course player, learners could attempt to take a note on the Notes tab, but the note would not display or save, leading to confusion. With this update, the Notes tab now displays the message that says that notes are not available for this topic when learners have a Resource displayed in the content area. This helps ensures they understand when note-taking is not supported for specific areas of the course. Learners can only take notes for items in a course, such as videos, where the note can be associated with a time signature.
LX Design Studio Enhancements (Early Access)
The items in this section pertain to LX Design Studio, a content creation platform featuring a suite of AI-driven apps and tools that allows you to easily design custom content tailored to your organization's policies, programs, and skills.
With this release, you can now:
- Export all questions in Excel format: This makes it easy to review and share questions. For every question, you see the associated objective and level, the question type, all possible response options, and the correct answer.
- Upload a list of questions with answer options: Using a supported template, you can quickly add your existing questions to the question pool for a custom Skill Benchmark, saving time and effort.
- Use knowledge sources as reference material for AI question generation: You can now upload files or select existing knowledge sources to help ensure that AI-generated questions are contextually accurate and aligned with your content. Supported file types include PDF, DOCX, and TXT.
- Select difficulty level for AI-generated questions: This gives you greater control over the complexity of questions and ensures alignment with learner proficiency.
With this release, authors now see a notification if they attempt to make changes to their design brief that conflicts with existing information already in the design brief. The aim of this feature is to help authors ensure consistency and accuracy in content creation while enhancing design brief quality.
