Manage Your Learning

Percipio offers several ways to manage your learning whether you get assigned learning from your manager or HR department, or whether you are taking your own initiative to gain new skills.

To track all things associated with your learning, access the My Learning page.

My Learning Page

From the left navigation bar, select My Learning. The My Learning page opens where you see tiles organized into categories. You may not see all tiles. In this case either:

• You do not have any content relevant to that category
• Your site admin has disabled that feature.

Activity

Under this category you might see:

• Assignments: Shows the content that has been assigned to you by an admin or manager, along with its due date.
• Programs: Displays all learning programs you are enrolled in or invited to join. A learning program is where you have a shared learning experience with others who are also enrolled in the program.
• Learning Activity: Shows a list of all content you have started or completed
• Skill Benchmark: Shows benchmarks which you have started or completed. Benchmarks serve as a way to gauge your proficiency on certain topics.
• Live Learning: Shows the Live Learning courses you registered for and completed. If you are not registered for any Live Learning, you can select Explore Live Learning which shows you Live Learning that is available to you.
• Playlists: Shows the content that you have saved either by selecting the Save for Later button, or by adding it to a specific playlist.
• Notes and Reflections: Shows notes and reflections that you have added to any content you have started or completed.
• Learn TogetherLearn Together: Shows the content that you have invited others to learn with you, or that others have invited you to learn alongside them.

Accomplishments

Under this category, you might see:

• Achievements: Shows your badges, completions, and certificates as well as your learning goal progress and the leaderboard.
• Leaderboard: Displays how you rank among your peers and colleagues within your company

• Digital Badges: Displays all badges you have successfully earned by completing specific content and learning new skills.
• Completion certificates: Allows you to download certificates of completion for any content that you have completed.

Personalization

Under this category, you might see:

• Skill InterestsSkill Interests: Allows you to choose specific topics that you are interested in so that Percipio can recommend content for you.
• Role and skill ratingsRole and skill ratings: Allows you to specify your job role and rate your skills so you can get recommendations on skills others in that job role have to be successful and gain access to Role Advisor.
• My Settings: Shows you your user profile information including email and password, as well as notification, leaderboard and language settings.
• Flashcards: allows you to challenge yourself about what you remember from taking a course (mobile app only)
