Step 4 - Configure Email Notifications
Watch the Email Notification Tutorials for a complete walk through of the feature, including specific details on how to configure the most commonly used emails.
Create email notifications to:
- welcome new users to the site and provide login information
- inform learners about new or overdue course assignments
- provide supervisors and administrators with the current training status of their learners
- inform learners and their administrators when the maximum allowable course test attempts are reached
To create email notifications
- Read the Manage Email Notifications chapter in the Compliance Knowledge Base, with emphasis on the following topics:
- Watch the Email Notification Tutorials.
- In Percipio, create attributes to store the supervisors' and level 2 supervisors' email addresses.
- In Compliance, map the attributes to the user data on the Setup > Percipio Settings page.
- Configure global email settings on the Email Setup page.
