Step 4 - Configure Email Notifications

Create email notifications to:

  • welcome new users to the site and provide login information
  • inform learners about new or overdue course assignments
  • provide supervisors and administrators with the current training status of their learners
  • inform learners and their administrators when the maximum allowable course test attempts are reached

To create email notifications

  1. Read the Manage Email Notifications chapter in the Compliance Knowledge Base, with emphasis on the following topics:

  3. In Percipio, create attributes to store the supervisors' and level 2 supervisors' email addresses.
  4. In Compliance, map the attributes to the user data on the Setup > Percipio Settings page.
  5. Configure global email settings on the Email Setup page.
  6. Edit Standard and Create Custom Emails
