Remeasurement
When you are about two-thirds of the way through your engagement (though this time-scale may vary based on your organization's configuration) remeasurement begins. During remeasurement you re-evaluate the skills that you worked on during engagement and track how much progress you made since the start of your coaching experience. When remeasurement begins, a pop-up modal alerts you that you have made it to remeasurement, and a series of remeasurement tasks populate your To-Do list. Most of these tasks are very similar to the ones you completed during onboarding.
Evaluate your progress on focus areas
The first task on your To-Do list as part of remeasurement is Evaluate your progress on focus areas. If you never selected focus areas, you must do that now in order to gain access to the focus area evaluation. Select Begin to open the Focus area evaluation. In this evaluation, assess your focus area skills compared to how you rated them in your Leadership assessment during onboarding.
Request follow-up 360° feedback
Once remeasurement begins, a new item displays on your To-Do list called Request follow-up 360° feedback.
- Select Begin to see the list of colleagues who responded to your 360° feedback assessment during onboarding. Note, at this time you cannot add new colleagues because the goal of the 360° follow-up is to get feedback on your improvement over the course of your coaching engagement.
- Select individual colleagues using the check boxes next to their names, or select all by choosing the check box at the top of the Names column. If your organization has changed since you completed onboarding and you no longer work with any of the same people that initially completed your 360° feedback assessment, you can choose to not request follow-up 360° feedback from anyone.
- When you are ready, select Send Request. The colleagues you selected are notified by email to fill out your follow-up 360°. The colleagues that you request to do your follow-up 360° feedback rate the same questions that you rated during your Focus area evaluation. That is, they only rate the skills that were your focus areas during your coaching engagement.
For more information about 360° feedback visit the 360° feedback page.
Track your achievements
Once remeasurement begins, the item Track your achievements displays on your To-Do list. If you have not completed your Coaching plan, you must do that now in order to gain access to the Track your achievements evaluation. In this evaluation, you assess to what extent you achieved the goals you set for yourself as part of your Coaching plan.
Assess your engagement
Once remeasurement begins, the item Assess your engagement displays on your To-Do list. Select Begin, to see the same Engagement survey that you completed during onboarding. This time, your previous rating of each statement displays on the scale so that you can judge how your perspective on how you feel about your role and your organization has changed over the course of your coaching engagement.
Reflection questions
Once remeasurement begins, the item Reflection questions displays on your To-Do list. Select Begin to see the Feedback & Reflections page. These questions are customizable by your organization, but in general, feedback questions are answered by choosing a rating on a scale and reflection questions are open-ended. All of your responses to these questions remain anonymous to your administrators.
