Enterprise Dashboard Overview

Enterprise Dashboard

The main interface used by coaching program managers is the Enterprise Dashboard. It is where managers can review insights on both learners and the coaches that support them. It is the interface from which you manage the program, including details on assessments, surveys, and re-measurement feedback for each learner. You will track learner progress, engagement, task completion, session activity and ratings. The Enterprise Dashboard allows you, as the program manager, to support your learners and coaches to maximize their engagement, and it provides key insights into the success of your initiatives.

The Enterprise Dashboard is broken into the following pages which can be accessed from the left navigation bar:

Key Information and Terminology

  • Filtering: Use filtering at the top of the page to see data for a specific group of learners. This includes filtering for learners that started within a specific range of launch dates. On coach-specific pages, filtering by these groups shows data for the coaches paired with the learners in that group.
  • Groups: Groups are created to help segment learners in a way unique to your needs. Often, groups are created for learners with specific attributes or that are part of different cohorts.
  • Exporting: Some reports have the option to export. This allows you to download data from the graph with options to filter by group, or learner launch date. Once an export is available, an alert shows in the right navigation under Notifications and via email.
  • Session Ratings: Following each session, learners are prompted to provide a rating of 1-5. The session rating stays on the learner's to-do list until completed, or until the next session.
  • NPS (Net Promoter Score): Learners are asked NPS questions at the end of the coaching engagement. NPS statistics can be found for both coaches and Skillsoft on the Enterprise Dashboard.
  • Completed Sessions: Following each session, coaches report if the learner attended the session. Late cancels are considered completed sessions in the platform.
  • Late Canceled Sessions: Sessions canceled within 24 hours.
  • Focus Areas: Focus areas are the skills the learner will focus on during the engagement. These skills are remeasured at the end of the coaching engagement.
  • Goals: Learners create one aspirational goal as a long-term vision and up to three supporting goals to work on during their coaching engagement. During remeasurement, learners track their progress toward each goal.
  • Organization Coaches: These are coaches from your own organization that use Skillsoft's platform to conduct internal coaching programs. Their coaching data also appears on the Enterprise Dashboard for program managers to view. Note that not all organizations have their own coaches. In this case, the areas for organization coaches are not populated.

Filtering and Exporting Data

Each page of the Enterprise Dashboard allows you to filter and export the data being viewed. The filter and export buttons can be used to refine your search and download the data.

Exported data downloads as Excel/CSV formats, allowing you to create tables and charts that suit your needs.

Activity Status

  • Active: These are learners who are in their coaching engagement.
  • Completed: These are learners who have completed a coaching engagement and had at least one session. You can manually mark learners as completed using the Actions menu on the User Metric page.
    • Persistent platform: Learners can sign into the coaching platform while their Percipio account and/or SAML connection remains, even after they have completed their coaching engagement. This allows them to access assessments and other documents. Learners do not receive emails from the platform and are not able to chat with the coaching guide or coach once the engagement ends.
  • Paused: If a learner goes on leave, their engagement can be put on hold by pausing it. Reach out to your support team if you need a learner paused.
  • Deactivated: These are learners who have been removed from the platform that never had a session OR coaches that you have removed so that they can no longer access the platform. Learners and coaches can be deactivated using the Actions menus on the User Metric pages.

Coaching Engagement Status

  • Onboarding: Learners are in onboarding until they have selected a coach.
  • Steady State: Learners are in steady state once they have selected a coach and before remeasurement tasks become available on their To-do list.
  • Remeasurement: Remeasurement steps populate on the learner's To-do list towards the end of the engagement.
