Manage Your Learning

Percipio offers several ways to manage your learning whether you get prescribed learning from your manager or HR, or whether you are taking your own initiative to gain new skills. These features give you the tools you need:

• Assignments: content with a specified completion date assigned to you by a Percipio admin
• Programs: displays all learning programs you are enrolled in or invited to join. A learning program is where you have a shared learning experience with others who are also enrolled in the program.
• Activity: displays all content you have started or completed
• Skill Benchmark: displays all skill benchmarks you started
• My Live Courses: displays all live courses you have registered for and completed
• My Achievements: displays all your learning progress on one page

• Digital Badges: displays all badges you have successfully earned
• Playlists: an at-a-glance way for you to access your favorite content
• Notes: allows you to view all notes you took while learning in a course
• Reflections: allows you to view your responses to reflection questions you answered while learning in a course

• Skills: personalized recommendations based on areas and subjects of skills you chose to develop
• Role: allows you to specify your job role so you can get recommendations on skills others in that job role have to be successful and gain access to Role Advisor
• Account Information: displays your login name, password information, email address, and optional notifications settings
• Flashcards: allows you to challenge yourself about what you remember from taking a course (mobile app only)
