New Features and Enhancements as of October 7, 2025
Analytics Updates
The items in this section showcase changes to reports and dashboards to help you more effectively and efficiently manage your programs.

The new vs returning visitor section of the Executive dashboard now displays a bar graph that shows totals by month over time instead of a donut chart of total new vs returning for the specified date range. With this data you can make decisions on what marketing efforts are working or need to be implemented to drive adoption.

When you create a recurring assignment and allow learners to retain their progress or completions for the initial occurrence on or after a specific date, Percipio recommends a date. If you modify that date, you are prompted to confirm the override and enter a reason. This information is now captured in the Assignment Summary report in the following columns:
- Final Lookback Date: The new date specified for the initial occurrence that will be used to determine whether the user's completion is to be honored.
- Lookback Date Change Timestamp: The date the admin made the change.
- Reason for Lookback Date Change: The reason entered in the confirmation modal when the admin changed the date.

You can now choose to create a report schedule for the summary view and separately for each detailed feature view of the Feature usage report. When you set up a schedule, you can also configure an email reminder. This way, the report runs automatically at set intervals and you get notified when it is ready to view so you don’t have to remember to do it.
Manage, promote, and measure learning
The items in this section provide the tools you need to manage users and content, promote learning, and measure learning effectiveness on your bottom line.

You now have the ability to add login instructions in as many languages as Percipio supports. When users log into Percipio they see your login instructions in their local language based on their browser configuration. If you do not offer login instructions in their local language, Percipio uses the default language you selected.
For more information, see Login instructions.
Expanding skills of your workforce
The items in this section provide ways to grow your talent and fill critical skill gaps, building mastery with confidence.

When learners view the Skill Benchmark page, they see a toggle that allows them to filter their list of skill benchmarks to only those that apply to the skill interests they selected. If learners have not selected any skill interests, they will see all available skill benchmarks by default. This feature empowers learners to focus on the skills most relevant to them, fostering a more engaging and effective learning experience.
