Default User Privileges for Company Admins

The privileges below are listed in the order of pages as presented in Skillport Administrator.

Users & Groups Page
Company Admins can: view and manage all users and groups on the site assign any active asset in the library
Function/Tab/Setting	Privilege Description
Search	Access to search and the following functionality: Find a User Find a Group
New User/New Group pages	Access to the Users & Groups page, and the following functionality: Create a New User Create a New Group
Batch Upload (Users/Groups)	Access to the Batch Add page, and the following functionality: Add or Update Multiple Users Add or Update Multiple Groups Grant Multiple Waivers for a Learning Program
User/Group Info tab	Access to the User and Group information tab and the following functionality: Activate or Deactivate a User Unlock a User's Account Force a Password Change for a User Approve Pending Users Assign or Remove an Approval Manager
Group Info tab	Access to the Group Info tab and the following functionality: Activate or Deactivate the Members of a Group Modify the Members of a Group Change the Parent Group for a Group Force a Password Change for a Group Edit the Settings of an Advanced Group Create an Assignment Group Create an Advanced Group
Catalog Assignment tab	Access to the Catalog Assignment tab and the following functionality: Assign or Deassign Assets in the Library Entitle Content
Learning Plan Assignment tab	Access to the Learning Plan Assignment tab and all functionality, including: Assign Content to a Learning Plan Remove Content from a Learning Plan Create and Assign a Learning Event to a Learning Plan If Development Plans are enabled on your site, this privilege also grants access to the Development Plan Assignment tab all functionality, including: Approve or Deny a Development Plan Set Assign Content to a Development Plan Set Create and Assign a Learning Event for a Development Plan Set
Enrollments and Waivers tab	Access to the Enrollments and Waivers tab, and all functionality, including: View Current Enrollments Enroll Users and Groups in Live Learning Courses (LLCs) and Learning Programs (LPs) using this tab on the Users & Groups page Approve pending enrollment requests Withdraw Users or Groups from LLCs and LPs Approve or Deny Waiver Requests
Books24x7 Assignment tab	Access to the Books24x7 Assignment tab, where you can entitle book collections to users and groups in your hierarchy.
Send Email	Send an email to a combination of individual users and group members through Skillport.


Content Page
Company Admins can: assign any active content item in the library

Catalog	Access to the Catalog, where you can view stock and custom content available to your organization.
Learning Programs	Access to the Learning Programs page and all available functionality, including: View Existing Learning Programs Create a Learning Program Copy a Learning Program Edit a Learning Program Delete a Learning Program Enroll Users and Groups in Learning Programs
Keywords	Access to the Keywords page and all available functionality, including: View Existing Keywords Create a Keyword Link Content to a Keyword Unlink Content from a Keyword Copy a Keyword's Linked Content Edit a Keyword Delete a Keyword
Evaluations	Access to the Evaluations page and all available functionality, including: Create an Evaluation Preview an Evaluation Edit an Evaluation Copy an Evaluation Link an Evaluation to Learning Content Delete an Evaluation
Credentials	Access to the Credentials page and all available functionality, including: Create a Custom Credential Edit a Custom Credential Edit the Content in a Custom Credential Activate or Deactivate a Custom Credential Delete a Custom Credential


Display Page
Company Admins can: configure Display settings for the site or for any advanced group

Sign In/Logout Options	Access to the Login/Logout page, where you can configure the following Skillport Learner pages: Skillport's Sign In Page Self-registration Page
Navigation: Navigation	Access to the Navigation page and all functionality, including: Set the default page for Skillport Learner Show/hide pages in the Skillport header Reorder pages in the Skillport header
Navigation: Quick Links	Access to the Quick Links page, where you can configure and create Quick Links for your learners.
Navigation: Toolbar	Access to the Toolbar page, where you can configure the Skillport Toolbar.
Player Skins	Access to the Skins Options page, where you can: Set the skins directory for the Skillsoft Course Player (SCP) Set a custom logo image for the SCP
Registration	Access to the Registration page, where you can configure the layout and appearance of the New User Registration page for new Skillport learners.
Web Site Colors	Access to the Web Site Colors page, where you can modify the color scheme of your Skillport site.
Text: Login Text Customizations	Access to the Login Text Customizations page, where you can modify the text presented to your users when they open the Skillport Sign In page.
Web Site Settings	Access to the Web Site Settings page and includes the following functionality: Set the application name to display in the browser's title bar Change the desktop header image Change the mobile header image Change the Org Code label Show/hide the "Powered by" logo Specify a logo image URL


Configuration Page
Company Admins can: configure Configuration settings for the site or for any advanced group
Function/Page/Setting	Privilege Description
Features: Books24x7	Access to the Books24x7 page and the following functionality: Import Subscription Changes Import user registration information Unregister users from Books24x7 and release the seats
Features: inGenius	Access to the inGenius page (which controls the Community feature in Skillport) and the following functionality: Enable the community Enable the community for Skillsoft Advantage Enable the community score Assign or Remove a Community Administrator
Completion Criteria	Access to the Completion Criteria page and the following functionality: Set Global Completion Criteria Set Course-Specific Completion Criteria Preserve Existing Completions Configure the Completion Criteria Settings Allow multiple completions for courses
Notification Management	Access to the Notification Management pages and all functionality, including: Create Emails and Email Templates Customize Emails for Advanced Groups View the Events that Trigger Emails Deactivate the Emails that you do not want to be sent, and Activate the Emails that you do want to be sent View the System Templates that are assigned to the emails that you do want to be sent Assign Custom Templates to the Appropriate Emails
Notification Settings	Access to the Notification Settings page, where you can configure the default notification email addresses.
Learning Plan Settings	Access to the Learning Plan Settings page and all functionality, including: Enable Learning Plan reminders Enable Learning Plan overdue notices Enable Learning Plan due dates Configure the way the Learning Plan is presented to learners
Search	Access to the Configure Search Parameters page, where you can configure the way search results display in Skillport Learner and Skillport Administrator.
Self Registration	Access to the Self Registration page and all functionality, including: Enable self registrations Define the list of allowed email suffixes Inclusion/exclusion of usernames in the Self Registration email Define all Admin email addresses Enable user-defined passwords for the site
User Profile	Access to the User Profile Fields pages and all functionality, including: Edit a Standard User Profile Field Create a Custom User Profile Field Edit a Custom User Profile Field Specify Localized Values for Custom User Profile Fields Delete a Custom User Profile Field Change the Display Order Batch Add/Update Custom User Profile Fields Edit User Profile Field Display Settings
Language	Access to the Configure Language Settings page, where you can select the default Search language for search results, for your learners.
Report Configuration	Access to the Report Configuration page, where you can modify the Certificate of Completion settings.
Web Site Switches: Enable Learning Program Enrollment/ Withdrawal Emails	Access to the Web Site Switches page and all functionality, including: Enable Learning Program enrollment/withdrawal emails Enable credentials Enable forced restart

Company Admins can: run reports on all users, groups, and content
